CrossFit Route 7
At CrossFit Route 7, coaches challenge members to achieve new levels of physical fitness with a regimen of high-intensity functional exercises. In the spartan yet spacious gym, visitors won't find treadmills, plasma screens, and nap cubbies, but wooden rings, kettlebells, barbells, and a team of passionate, qualified coaches. The trainers draw from a diverse set of experiences, including mountain biking, competitive weightlifting, rugby, and NCAA tennis as they guide students of all body types and skill levels through circuits of strength-building workouts. Rather than boring minds and bodies with monotonous jogging and endless rep counting, sessions at CrossFit Route 7 energize muscles with an ever-changing array of high-octane workouts that include weightlifting, sprinting, and body-weight exercises.
