On-Ramp classes are a required introduction to the CrossFit program, teaching the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit that will be used in all other classes. On-Ramp classes must be completed before the month of CrossFit classes begins. On-Ramp classes take place Tuesday at 7:45 p.m., Thursday at 10:15 a.m., and Saturday at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Customers must sign up online.

Inside CrossFit Thin Blue Line’s factory-like structure, certified CrossFit coaches transform any committed exerciser into an athletes with barbells and sledgehammers, regardless of age, condition, or experience level. Being a major strength and conditioning program for several police academies and champion martial artists, classes revolve around a broad and inclusive strength-training curriculum consisting of moves inspired by Olympic weightlifters and gymnasts. In addition to building lean muscle mass with dumbbells and pull-ups, participants torch calories and cultivate stamina with cardio challenges, such as rowing and sprinting, and is applicable for real-world situations. During On Ramp classes, instructors show newcomers how to exercise safely, whether they're wielding a heavy weight or jumping rope with a sleeping boa constrictor. The exercises can be scaled to different levels of fitness, allowing beginners and accomplished athletes to work out side by side.

Great way to get into shape! The atmosphere is friendly and fun, but the instructors are also serious about using correct form and scaling the workout to you. Would highly recommend!
