Dance Elite All Stars
Anne learned ballet under world-renowned Danish dancer Marika Raju and danced for the American Ballet Theatre in New York City. Jeannine choreographed high-stepping musical productions for San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater. Carrie spent years as the dance-team director for the Sacramento Kings. Although their backgrounds are as well-defined as their moves, the instructors at Dance Elite All Stars each bring a wealth of experience to their classes. Led by owner and veteran studio director Faith Gardner, they train the next generation of dancers in disciplines ranging from tap and jazz to ballet and hip-hop. Students practice their moves in one of the school's five modern training studios, which feature raised floors supported by generous padding and one-way viewing windows for observation from parents and Santa Claus. Classes welcome dancers of all ages and ability levels, and often serve as a de facto recruiting tool for the school's company teams; open to K–12 dancers, teams allow students to show off the fruits of their training during competitions and additional feature performances throughout the year. Company team auditions take place every April.
