Great customer service. Kids had a fun time at night glow.

Combatants of all ages wage playful combat while launching soft foam projectiles from cover in colorful warehouse

Like chess, Nerf wars require patience, strategy, and the ability to dodge plastic projectiles from sore losers. Test your reflexes with today’s Groupon: for $10, you get a four-person pass for one hour of play at Dart Zone in Meridian (a $20 value). Dart Zone is open on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

At the Dart Zone, Nerf-gun-wielding warriors aim safe Nerf guns while dodging and diving across colorful fields peppered with obstacles in team-based face-offs. On Sunday, Bounce! Meridian transforms into a playful arena, where combatants armed with orange, yellow, and green Nerf blasters don protective glasses to wage foam war or practice impressions of Woody Allen. Dash along orange net fences on the frontlines, duck for cover behind green and blue boxes, and fire soft projectiles at rivals under the high ceilings of Bounce! Meridian’s warehouse. Ambitious troopers can rent specialty sharp-shooting devices such as the Vulcan (an additional $3/hour) or Mag Strike (an additional $2/hour), or eschew Nerf gear for the most powerful weapon of all: understanding. All ages can spend an afternoon settling differences with suction-cupped target practice, but parents must sign a waiver for players under 18.

About Dart Warz

Dart Warz's indoor and outdoor arenas hold sweeping tag battles carried out with Nerf blasters and darts––a safe alternative to airsoft or paintball. Inside, an industrial labyrinth of orange and yellow barriers and partitions serve as bunkers and trenches against foam darts. The barriers are riddled with peepholes to allow stealthy shooting and treasonous thumbs-up signals. Since the arsenal of revolver-style blasters on hand fires foam ammunition, games can bruise only egos, not bodies, and clear goggles provided at the facility protect eyes.
