About Dragas Brewery

Before the current craft beer craze—not all that long ago—options were rather limited for beer drinkers. Dan and Diana Acuff were bored with the available beers, so they started home-brewing. They quickly fell in love with different styles of craft beers and the brewing process, and Dragas Brewery was born. At their Rocklin microbrewery, they now make everything from wheat ales to barley wine that are perfect for sipping on in the brewery's cozy taproom. They regularly partner with local food trucks so beer-drinkers don't have to worry about getting hungry enough to start gnawing on raw hops.

Here's a quick look at some of the brewery's original beers: * Pacific at Sunset: a medium-body pale ale with a fine balance of hops and rich malts * Stout of Fire: a sweet milk stout with layers of vanilla and a chili pepper finish
