About Ed Wins Fitness Studio

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Ed Wins Fitness Studio offers a variety of specialized fitness and healthy eating plans to get started with and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Valuing their client’s abilities, goals, and fitness level, they treat each client with professionalism as a capable and committed customer.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Clients will never have to worry about losing motivation due to the high energy of the staff. The workout routines are always changing to challenge the body and keep it guessing.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started working out when I was 15yrs old and really enjoyed. Throughout H.S. peers would ask me to work them out or setup a routine for them. I knew I wanted to be a personal trainer from that point on.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the progress my clients make. There's nothing like hearing a client say that working out was a chore in the beginning but now I'm addicted!
