What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We strive to have an athletic approach to fitness that works for each and every skill level. Our classes are tailored to your needs and will always offer a personal touch! Our pre and post assessments keep clients on track, and our small group classes allow for plenty of one on one attention!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All of our workouts are guided and each client is given specific exercises and routines to meet their goals. Our class approach provides a great community and clients should never feel confused or overwhelmed!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration for Elite Strength and Conditioning was to create a program for both youth and adults. This is the perfect opportunity for those who do not wish to spend thousands of dollars on personal training but want a personalized program for their goals or sport.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people get better! I love seeing my young athletes able to run faster and jump higher. I love seeing my adult clients get stronger and more flexible. I especially love the close relationships I have with all of my clients! -Lauren Gabreath (Owner)
