3-Class Experience: Pole + Aerial Hammock + Aerial Hoop at Rising Goddess Fitness
The Instructor was nice and she broke everything down so that you could understand the staff was nice they even made me a happy birthday sign will be back I have 2 more classes I had fun doing aerial yoga and still have rings and pole to try
The instructors were super nice and welcoming. Every class I attended I enjoyed. They teach you the basics and are very encouraging! They answer well to any questions and create a safe space. They have lockers available to use so you may put away your personal items.
