The technician was very nice and respectful of my home. He answered any and all questions that I had. I highly recommend this company for an exterminating services.

Took a few calls before I could get anyone to call back and schedule the service. Once I received the call, the service was scheduled quickly and the representative was very friendly. I was a little disappointed to see a couple of ants the day after the service, and I've seen a few since then.
Absolutely horrible!!! When I called to schedule they were to call back-never did. Then they did not show up at scheduled time. Then the guy showed up in house slippers. I still have ants,gnats and spiders. Waste of time and money. Horrible. Not to mention they redeemed the voucher before coming out
The service was great however it a long time to make an appointment I called 2 times and did a char in less than a week. People with Groupon get the run around. But people getting direct service get an appointment in 1-2 days. The reason I know is because I asked what would happen if I didn’t use my Groupon.
I purchased this deal and I also purchased extra yard mosquito treatments as well - total approximately $500 in services. Company is easy to schedule appointments, they showed up on time, but every single time they sprayed it was in a hurried fashion and they seem to have made the ants mad instead of remedying the problem. They were great about coming back out and respraying on multiple occasions but scheduling another treatment was inconvenient. (I signed a year contract so obviously I had several visits).
Trying to schedule both treatments, pest and mosquito, at the same time was a nightmare because most techs did not want to do both, super inconvenient. We had ONE service call where tech was scheduled to do both and actually did his job that was scheduled - and he did a great job.
The last treatment before contract was up was suppose to be both treatments, technician did not do mosquito treatment - told my mother-in-law another technician would have to come do it. I didn't know he didn't do it because I was at work. Mother-in-law mentions to me later on about getting the yard sprayed and I said they just did that and that's when she tells me he didn't do it.
Now contract is now expired and company does not want to honor last mosquito treatment unless I renew my contract. I really was not happy with the re-treatments, and the technicians attitude of "let someone else do the other treatment." I am now going on week two and I have spoke to the company three times and I cannot seem to get a supervisor to call me back. The notes on my "account" is just renew my contract and they will honor the mosquito treatment.
My experience AS A WHOLE has not been great. I am not renewing my contract.
