Raven Aultman and a team of trainers help small groups of approximately 20-25 students to build muscle and develop cardio stamina during outdoor boot camps. During intense sessions, they combine sports drills and resistance training to create a full body workout. Guests are required to bring their own free weights. A 7-day detox diet primes clients for the 21-day diet, which helps to liquidate fat layers and revamp eating habits.
Raven Aultman's personal fitness journey started at 253 pounds. Four years later and more than 100 pounds lighter, she's dedicated herself to helping others to reach their weight-loss goals with multifaceted boot camps and sound nutritional guidance.
