I felt the zippers should be heavy duty. I think my lab could break through very easily. Plus the frame was very hard to put together. I ended up returning

Love it! Perfect for our new Frenchie...he feels safe and hasn't been upset at night at all. As has been mentioned in previous reviews, the pad cover included is simply that...a cover. You will have to find your own padding. Luckily we had a piece of memory foam from a project and it fit perfectly!
