As a general rule of thumb, when someone approaches you with a sword, reach for your panic whistle—unless that someone is a diligent waiter or waitress at GOL! offering you a slice of tenderness. With today's deal, $25 gets you $50 worth of fine Brazilian meats and drinks at this Delray Beach house of skewered deliciousness. Tables of five or more diners can use two Groupons, though dangerous quadro-clowns are banned from using them entirely.
Deciding what to order is the easiest part. There's only one option—perfectly cooked hunks of glorious meat, seafood, and veggies graciously delivered to your tables in rounds. The prix fixe main feast costs $40 a person, so use the extra $10 toward drinks or desserts. The restaurant features an extensive wine list to complement the seemingly limitless varieties of meat. On any given day, the restaurant offers 15 different selections, featuring cuts of meat, grilled salmon, and shrimp. Each day is different depending on the season and what's freshly available. Vegetarian diners can graze the restaurant's salad bar, while pescetarians will find plenty of seafood to satiate briny palates.
The coolly lit, upscale atmosphere of the restaurant provides the perfect backdrop for your primordial feasting. High-arching ceilings provide the illusion of infinity while keeping the experience unstuffy, airy, and light, despite the copious amount of consuming taking place. Cushy booths and comfy chairs surround tables while a team of talented servers bustle around in near-choreographed precision, like a dinner-wielding drill team. Weather permitting, there is also an outdoor covered seating area.
Not valid on Fridays, Saturdays, or holidays.

- One of the better churrascarias I've been to. My family and I had dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience…The service was excellent and the live music the night we were there was really a nice addition as well. – Vanessa P., Yelpers
- We had our rehearsal dinner at GOL! on July 1st and it was simple... AMAZING! The food was unbelieveable, the service was 5 star, the cairprinha's we out of this world, and the music was beautiful. – Chris B., Yelp
Gol! The Taste of Brazil
Restaurateur Frank Reider began to delve into the ruby depths of wine at his friend's wine soirees while living in Rio de Janeiro. His growing ardor for South American vintages inspired him to open Gol!, a churrascaria with a wine list that earned the restaurant Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for several years.
Gaucho waiters arrive at each chair offering up skewers of shrimp, salmon, and meat grilled rare in the traditional style. Patrons flip a disk between red and green to indicate whether they'd like more meat or to clear up traffic jams among the waitstaff. A salad bar remains stocked with fresh vegetables and soups as an alternative to the traditional barrage of meat.
Reider found a home for Gol! in a building erected circa 1925. It was originally dubbed the Arcade Building, gaining notoriety in the 1930s as the Arcade and Tap Room. Behind the fully restored façade, cypress-wood ceilings arch over tablecloths and floral displays. Bartenders work behind a bar carved in 1933 from trees whose grandparents were chopped down by George Washington himself. As bossa nova tunes play, the bartenders mix cocktails such as the citrusy caipirinha, which was featured in the Palm Beach Post.
