What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I custom-tailor plans based on a client’s individual needs. My workouts allow people to get more done in less time and a natural environment is the ideal setting as it is scientifically proven that outdoor exercise is more beneficial to a person’s mental and physical well-being compared to indoors.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I make exercising fun and creative and always have positive feedback to encourage and motivate. When you’re able to do that, the whole experience becomes enjoyable, thus keeping clients excited to work out.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As someone with a background in triathlons and marathons, I reached a point where I was overweight and in poor health. I decided to make big changes through exercise and nutrition and was able to get in the best shape of my life. I was inspired by this to help others get in their best health!
What do you love most about your job?
I love how rewarding it is to see clients progress and accomplish their health goals. I am grateful to be able to help others by passing along my own knowledge in health and fitness and help them live healthier lives.
