Innovative Strength & Conditioning
Toraino Singleton first discovered personal training in 1995—and he was exhausted after only 15 minutes of exercising. That came as quite the shock, seeing as Mr. Singleton was already a collegiate athlete and well on his way to signing a contract with the NFL. The experience solidified his workout philosophy: there is always room for improvement, and there is no finish line when it comes to fitness.
Today, Mr. Singleton and a team of trainers help others to meet and move beyond their fitness goals at Innovative Strength & Conditioning. Sean Corbilla leads participants in group fitness classes that have a full-body focus, incorporating strength, flexibility and cardiovascular workouts.
