BRIK boot camps begin by measuring clients' weight and judging their fitness level; participants then sweat out pounds through cross-training workouts, a run/walk day, and a Kaia Flow class combined with a healthy diet. CORE classes build on the progress made in BRIK camps through more cross-training and reinforcement of healthy eating practices.
