I felt comfortable at this Yoga studio. As a beginner in the past I felt intimidated but not here. After trying several classes using Groupon, I was able to find my favorite!

Left Coast Power Yoga classes and instructors are great and the Cardio class was amazing! The wall to wall tatami mat makes it a lot easier to do the work-outs. I highly recommend this studio!

You will feel like you are in a real class as you see the other students and the instructor. Our classes are challenging, one-hour, full body workouts with emphasis on breath, movement and stress relief. We finish each class with a short meditation to ease you back into your day. Now offering 40 classes per week for all levels of practitioner.
