Honestly, I expected to do a lot more beginner aerial tricks. We spent the first 30 minutes doing workouts: jumping jacks, planks, crunches... stuff I could do from home. The teacher also was very focused on the advanced students, I didnt feel like the focus was to help or teach me much at all. She wanted me to repeat one trick and that's it. I don't recommend.

That was an awesome experience! I still feel sore in my arms and shoulder blades but I assume it’s working for my strength! Definitely worth it!
