I almost had a perfect experience. The hispanic teenage girl at the register was very rude. Some things that stood out as disrespectful: 1) She never looked at me nor smiled. 2) While my car was getting worked on, I approached her and asked her if I needed to do anything now. She said. "Uh no. I'll call you." 3) She said: "Nissan!" when my car was ready. I said: "the Maxima?" She said: "I said Nissan, so yes." 4) She said: "You owe $7.17." I said, "I already paid through Groupon." She said: "Didn't read the fine print?" I said no, okay and paid it. She killed the experience. Other than that experience, everyone else was amazing to say the least. Everyone was super informative and very nice. This person at the register put a large stain on the experience. I really hope some adjustments are made there. Other than that person working the register, AT LEAST 5 stars. Honestly she made the experience a 1 star, but the overall experience makes me feel bad to do less than 5 stars. But I want to capture attention to this message.

Honestly not really worth it. Coast me additional $66 for 8 cylinder vehicle. About the same as just going to the dealer. Maybe even more...

Ended up paying $97 for full synthetic not much of a deal and they didn’t even top off washer fluid or check fluids at all.. won’t go back can’t even check fluids properly
