Karel was welcoming into her establishment with her sweet little dog to greet customers. I never experienced having lash extension, this was my first time. Karel made me feel very comfortable explaining the process which put me at ease. I loved the outcome, especially when I walked in the door afterward and my husband said, "WoW", your eyes look great! That in it self made me a true believer!
