Manneken Frites serves up fresh-cut, twice-cooked tributes to the traditional fry shops of Belgium. But when it comes to dipping, Manneken Frites goes above and beyond the Belgian standard. The golden spuds can be dunked into 25 different sauces, which chefs make with mayonnaise, peanut butter, yogurt, and ketchup bases. The delicious accompaniments touch on traditional flavors, such as curry mayo, as well as more avant-garde varieties, including white barbecue sauce and ranch made with blistering ghost chile. Those same sauces also top Vienna beef hot dogs and traditional roast beef and pastrami sandwiches.
