This company was prompt, friendly and very professional. I was very pleased with my air duct cleaning service. I would use them again.
Professional service and friendly. Took before and after pictures to she the difference and talked through each step of the process. Highly recommend!
This company is very professional - from the first phone call through to the cleaning! They communicated and kept me informed throughout the actual cleaning process.
The guys who came out were knowledgeable and were able to consult beyond the cleaning about best practices and ways to keep the heater maintained and clean.
Very nice and very clean. They do great work and he gives you tips on ways save money- buying different filters that would be expensive in the stores.
Good job Arthur. Thanks for walking me through the process.
John were my technician and he were great. level of customer service was impeccable. John even made me aware of an issue with my furnace that should have been caught during my home inspection and could have been dangerous. Mathew Duct Cleaning were great! Highly recommend them.
My dryer had not been performing as well as usual and I suspected that it could be due to the dryer duct being dirty.
Frank gave a courtesy call about half an hour prior to the service window and arrived exactly on time. Which, I truly appreciate. Frankwas friendly and got straight to work. The ducting leading to the outside of the house was also too long, so he shortened it to the right length. Now the dryer is performing much better and at least I know the ducts are no longer a fire hazard! Thank you!
Overall the service was very good. The technicians were friendly and helpful. They called ahead and completed their work efficiently.
However, I would advise that customers be mindful of the fine print. I had been hopeful that since my house is very small and only one floor is air conditioned the system would be small enough to be covered by the Groupon. The dryer vent was fine, but the ducts generated an extra $200 which had to be agreed to in order to do any cleaning. The number of "trunk lines" is the highest charge and the Groupon only covers one. If my house has more than one I doubt any house would only have one (each floor would account for at least one for example). Since it is in the fine print (as well as repeated during any contact with the company) and they gave me a quote before beginning, I can't fault the company on the extra cost though.
