About Michigan's Adventure Boot Camp for Women
Each boot camp spans four weeks of exercise, with classes held up to five days a week. Classes might meet indoors or out, depending on which of the nine locations a client chooses to attend, but the regimen of exercise remains the same. Trainers cook up new routines daily, which might include fitness kickboxing, jump-roping, obstacle courses, or sport yoga, in which the class plays a scrimmage using the first student who manages to contort themselves into the shape of a football.

As someone who had not worked out in quite some time, I feared holding back the group. The trainer moved us through the hour pushing those who had completed the round of exercises while others, like myself, finished up.

This is reason good reason to wake up at 5am. I chose the St. Clair Shores (SCS/Brys Park) location. The trainer is easy going and the variety of exercise routines are tough but manageable. My fellow bootcampers are nice. Looking forward to the next round.

Most fun and effective workout classes I've ever completed with real results! I went to St. Clair Shores location in Brys Park every morning at 5:30am. I wasn't crazy about training in a parking lot, but the instructor gave a variety of exercises to do (along to up-beat music) and each day was different, with a variety of cardio warm-ups every morning. It was so fun, I didn't know I'd lost weight!
