Moxie Lux

Many twins grow up sharing similarities: they might listen to the same music, enjoy the same foods, or blink at exactly the same time. Moxie Lux owners Jamie and Jenn share a love for cutting and styling hair. In high school, they trained together under the Paul Mitchell curriculum, and then launched their careers immediately after graduation—testing their skills in the salons of Los Angeles and New York. Today, Jenn is a Wella-certified colorist, and Jamie is a recognized Motives makeup foundation specialist. Both are certified in La Bella hair and eyelash extensions, and together, they lead Moxie Lux's team of experienced stylists and colorists.

Surrounded by chandeliers, a stone-front fireplace, and colorful walls, stylists trim hair with custom cuts that transform heads into sassy sculptures with Marylin Monroe–style curls or Statue of Liberty–style crowns. For many of these services, they use the salon's house brand of moisturizing and conditioning haircare products. And yet Moxie Salon and Spa's aestheticians don't limit their services to hair: they also perform custom makeup applications using Motives products, luxurious mani-pedis, and waxing treatments for a variety of areas.
