Nicholas “Nich” Green is an expert in manual and movement therapy in clinical practice for over a decade.
What You'll Get
I specialize in a manual and movement therapy focused on addressing the body’s problems, not just the symptoms.
Structural Integration or Rolfing is a highly effective process that works with the body’s nervous and connective-tissue systems. This specialized ten-session process uses a combination of safe touch and safe movement to elicit massive positive change. As your body improves I’ll empower you with an effective self-care program that allows you to retain and enhance the improvements you’ve made and provide you with a way to reduce and relieve pain and dysfunction in the moment it’s happening.
I do this work because it feels good to help. I want to reduce suffering and help others reach their fullest potential. My goal is to empower you with practical tools and knowledge necessary to help you live your most rewarding life. I do this because when we aren’t plagued with chronic pain, the affect of trauma or held back by limitations we become happier kinder people. This is the most effective way I know to create a more kind, just, and humane society.
