Someone at the shop gave my Groupon to someone else. I was away for the last 2 months for work and was never able to use my Groupon. When I went to the store to ask them about it I was told nothing could be done. I also requested Groupon to look into it with zero response. It is not right that an employee at the store allowed someone else to redeem my groupon.
