About ScanPals
ScanPals turns printed photos into high-resolution digital files, making it easy to share and preserve memories over time. Moreover, it keeps the process simple for customers.
- Select your photos: Pictures can range from 2"x3" to 8.5"x11" in size and should be gathered in envelopes, Ziploc-syle bags, or rubber bands.
- Send them off: Customers can ship their photos to ScanPals, arrange for pickup, or drop them off at ScanPals's Toronto office.
- Stay in touch: ScanPals sends a confirmation email once it receives an order. It also emails with an invoice for payment once the job is done.
- Wait 7–10 days: ScanPals saves 600dpi JPEGs to a DVD, flash drive, an external hard drive, or the cloud before returning originals to customers.
