About Plank
Plank, founded by fitness guru Carrie Cox, focuses on women's athleticism and well-being. The six instructors, including Carrie herself, lead a combination of boot-camp, dance, and martial arts classes. They keep classes small—no more than 15 students in each—so they can dole out plenty of personal attention. The exercises work to carve long and lean muscle, but also emphasize building confidence in one's own strength and abilities.
