- Visitors journey up to the 35th-floor Observatory in a manually-operated elevator to take in views of modern downtown, Mount Rainier, and the Cascade Mountain Range. The observation deck is open-air, which lets visitors feel the breeze and smell the sea air.
- Observatory check-in hours: daily from 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
- The last elevator goes up one hour before closing. Depending on visitor volume, there may be wait times to ride the elevator to the Observatory.
