They served us some sort of shredded beef and called it brisket. Very disappointed in the quality of meat. Not sure if it was just a bad night for them, but they missed the mark. I will say, the service was great

Has a chance to come back to Smoke and Fire at 5:00 pm on a Friday night. The place was packed & we had to wait to have a table cleaned off for our party of four. We have been here once before, maybe a year ago. I feel like the food was better than. It was just okay this time. Flavors were just okay. Staff were so busy that we only got checked on twice and only when we flagged them down.
