Yoga, like sword ownership and sleeping, is an ancient practice whose benefits are just now being appreciated. Reap the rewards of ancient ways of life with today's Groupon: for $40, you get a punch card for five classes at Soleil Lune Yoga Center in Oconomowoc (an $85 value).
With a variety of classes geared toward students of all levels, Soleil Lune Yoga Center fosters an inviting space for sharing oms. Pretzel wannabes gather in the clean, spacious studio for daily classes, ranging from the mind- and body-bending gentle flow to the toxin-releasing hour of power. Guests can share punch cards with children or spouses and watch as they transform into mellower versions of their former selves.
Yoga releases built-up lactic acid that causes muscle stiffness and pain. Employing core muscles to support each pose, the practice also increases flexibility and strength, improves range of motion and posture, and helps reduce stress, all of which explains why yogis tend to get ahead in the cutthroat world of championship Scrabble. Soleil Lune's owner Trish Washburn boasts more than 600 hours of training and leads a team of expert instructors to fill out the convenient schedule.

- I have been taking class and workshops and weekend intensives since 2005. We are encouraged to stretch to our limits while feeling safe and nurtured. There is something for everyone at Soleil Lune!! – earthgardener22
Soleil Lune Yoga Center, LLC
Now in its 10th year, Soleil Lune Yoga Center was born from the minds of two passionate yoga instructors, Trisha Washburn and Robin Philips. In 2003, Trisha quit her corporate job and took the helm. Since then, the center has served as a haven from the outside world where yogis of all experience levels come to improve their bodies and calm their minds. Inside the studio, certified instructors guide students through a set of unique classes. Rather than jostle for a spot at the bar or water cooler at the end of the workday, patrons can head to a Happy Hour flow class, a 75-minute session of medium-paced movements set to fun and modern music. In addition to workshops and retreats, the studio also offers balance-improving gentle flow sessions, power yoga, and specially designed courses for deaf or hard of hearing individuals that are lead by a yoga teacher and ASL interpreter.
