The reinvigorating spirit of power Vinyasa classes provides the means for transformation and self-improvement at Solfire Yoga. Within the studio's safe and supportive environment, the instructors encourage students to focus their thoughts on the inherent connections between the mind and the body while challenging themselves with a dynamic physical practice. The classes vary in intensity, which allows the instructors to accommodate attendees of virtually any skill level.
During the introductory-level sessions, students learn the fundamental poses and begin linking them with measured breaths, creating seamlessly transitioning sequences. The more advanced lessons can provide an extra challenge by increasing the pace, raising the temperature to as high as 99 degrees, or incorporating more demanding poses such as arm balances and inversions. Over time, Vinyasa practice will improve strength, stamina, focus, and self-awareness.
