The instructor is Top Notch! One of the best instructors in the area. Plenty of parking as well.

About SoundBox Fitness
At SoundBox Fitness, both classes and the space are set up to help clients feel comfortable while exercising. The studio space, outfitted with shock-absorbent flooring and a Bose sound system, is where instructors lead groups through classes like Zumba, barre, and yoga. Piloxing (Pilates and boxing) classes are some of the biggest draws here for clients who prefer total-body workouts in a group setting. It also doesn't hurt that the room is lined with a 40-foot wall of mirrors that allows participants to watch their form and make sure their reflection doesn’t try to throw in the towel early.
