Step In Studio
Everything at Step In Studio is designed to make visits fun, engaging, and healthful—right down to the floor. Unlike hard, unyielding surfaces, the studio's O'Mara sprung floors reduce the impact of exercise, helping increase physical longevity and decrease joint stress. During Nia classes, students practice a blend of martial arts, yoga, and dance techniques for an exhilarating experience that benefits their minds, their bodies, and the feet of their future dance partners. The studio's friendly, experienced instructors also lead sessions in Ananda Yoga, a smooth and meditative practice.
