The CrossFit method engages students of all fitness levels with a varying regime packed with jump-rope, rowing, weightlifting, and kettle bells exercises. Multiple disciplines are rotated from class to class to keep bodies on their toes and to avoid the plateau many athletes reach when participating in unchanging fitness routines. As new members, all students are required to schedule a complimentary Mobility Assessment, during which a CrossFit trainer will help you define your fitness goals, while addressing any mobility issues and introducing you to the basic CrossFit moves and class structures. The trainer will then lead students in a CrossFit workout to assess their current physical state and ability to juggle flaming barbells. From there newbies can jump into the schedule of classes, which are offered six days a week with 10–20 students in each class.
