We specifically chose 3 pcs of equipment - the Assault runner which is so much better for your joints and knees when running, the rower which is great for full body work and the Torpedo - half kettle bell half dumbbell allowing for a wide variety of movements with light to moderate weight. With a little bit of programming magic we are able to give you the best 1 hour workout that you have ever had.
