What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Organization of people and things just seemed to come naturally to me. I was seeing just how many people around me were struggling with something seemingly simple. Couple this with my desire to change the world and TOP was born. I am honored to teach these skills and help aid people in their growth.

What do you love most about your job?
Forever I have been drawn to the parable of giving a man a fish versus teaching him how to fish. My favorite part about what we do is getting to see people put these new skills into place. Even better is when they take it upon themselves to build on what was taught to them and continue to implement.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One is that our program helped to stop the fighting in a home for months! Another is how our care for a situation from our professionalism, knowledge, speed, capability, and character helped to redeem a client's entire perspective of the industry after a poor interaction with another company.
