TNT Bootcamp’s ACE-certified founder captains 45-minute sessions of cardio and resistance training in energetic group boot camps. During each session, patrons of all ages and fitness levels rotate through a different lineup of stations, burning fat with strength, cardio, and flexibility training as enthusiastic instructors cheer them on with inspiring fitness haikus.

Students pump up muscles and cardio endurance while motionlessly paddling on stationary rowing machines or leaping onto plyometric boxes, and medicine balls and TRX suspension ropes up the ante during resistance-based pushups. Furthering the physique-slimming process, instructors dole out advice on how to supplement exercise with healthier eating habits, helping patrons to stop picturing fellow boot campers as giant turkey legs. Exercisers can attend any class on the schedule.

CrossFit Reach

In Robby Blanchard's biography photo on his website, he prepares to lift a heavily stacked barbell. The determination is clear on his face—the same determination that carried him through a bachelors of science in exercise, an MBA in Business Management, three CrossFit-training certifications in varying styles, not including the fact he's a USA Weightlifting-Certified Sports Performance Coach. During workouts, Robby and two other resident coaches push students through an array of exercises that change every session to boost the body's ability to perform in the 10 domains of fitness, which include power, speed, flexibility, and agility. To do so, students might perform exercises requiring them to run, jump, weightlift, and eventually perform all of those elements at once, immediately qualifying them for a life in the circus.
