The staff were helpful when one of the littles got a little banged up. In general, its a ton of fun - there was a birthday party that was mostly unmonitored while we were there and the boys were a bit rough with the others.

The staff was nice and friendly. The play space is very small, though. It is good for young children (perhaps up to age 7) who enjoy pretend play. The park outside is a nice park, and it has a good playground (better for slightly older children), so you may want to plan your visit for a day with good enough weather that you can take advantage of both the indoor and outdoor play.

There was a busy tournament going on in the building, as well as a birthday party at the TreeTop Escape. So, the building was loud and busy, as to be expected. The little kids from the birthday were playing and acting appropriately. But, there was no attendant or person to actually monitor who entered the play area to ensure people actually had admission to enter. Teenagers from the tournament, who were older than the age range for the playground, came in with shoes (which are not allowed in the play area), and were running around and all over the structures in the play area. It also smelled strongly of very stinky feet. Furthermore, there were kids in the play area without socks, which are required, who were pushing people down slides and were climbing up the slides and then pushing and climbing over kids (and adults) who were trying to go down the slide. It was not a safe or good first experience for my child or I.
