True REST Float Spa is an amazing experience! It’s peaceful, relaxing, warm, healing, energizing and fun. If you have a headache it evaporates. If you have pain it feels less intense. You’ll sleep like a baby the night of your float. If I could, I would float every day! Plus, the staff are super personable and knowledgeable about float therapy. I highly recommend this enjoyable experience.

best experience and much needed. not gonna lie , i was a bit anxious at first about being in a closed bubble but absolutly loved it afterward. the place is clean, staff was amazing and i cant wait to return soon.

Their True REST (Restricted Environmental Stimulus Therapy) sessions, for example, are done in an isolated anti-gravity environment, allowing visitors to relax without any distractions. Clients feel as if they are resting on air as a specialized solution of saline water and 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt provide buoyancy.
In addition to the relaxing properties of flotation therapy, the staff believes in its rejuvenating properties as well.
