I paid for 4 days parking via Groupon. I wa told I had to pay $20 extra for my tiny truck. My card was charged for parking and the extra fee. Staff did not have the ability to credit my card. Called corporate 2x’s. Second call it was an interrogation be fire she would transfer me. The person who credited my card was great. The new guy at the lot was great. Others not so great. Glad I was early

I was purposely charged extra, yelled at and made late to miss my flight. I have video and other customers to prove. Attendant was unbalanced mentally and not nice. I was scarred, uncomfortable but try to get to my flight regardless. i missed the flight b/c the attndebts aggressive and unprofessional behavior. Don’t buy. just pay there. was charged 4 days for 2. i hope my car is ok on sunday.

charged 4 vouchers $58 totalfor 48 hours. I felt very uncomfortable unwelcome and caused me to miss my flight. Worst customer service i’ve ever encountered especially missing my flight. 100% the fault of the attendant said he was sending me to china and told me i would be late to airport and not make flight. He was SO right. In fact he made it happen and caused me a panic attack waiting.
