The customer service was amazing from beginning to end. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and another lady. I'm mad I can't remember their names but I don't forget a face. They showed me to my lash tech first and she was so soft spoken. They have storage bins for your belongings. They played soft relaxing music and I almost fell asleep during the service.

Leah is absolutely amazing. This was my first time getting gel-X extensions and I loved how they turned out. She has such great attention to detail, and the final result was even better than I imagined. She’s also so sweet and a great conversationalist, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable and fun. I left so happy with my nails and would highly recommend her!
