Stay away...plenty of better hotels in the area Our stay was for a Ripken Experience and this hotel is 6 minutes away. With plenty of other hotels in the area, don't choose this one. And if you aren't staying for Ripken, head further up the road unless you enjoy a loud, rowdy ruckus all night Dog food on the bathroom floor when we checked in. I shoved it into a more visible corner with my shoe and figured housekeeping would catch it the next day. Nope, 4 nights and kibble in the corner after each "cleaning". _ There was an inconvenient and hazardous lack of emergency preparedness. The hotel lost power due to a bad storm. No elevators (expectedly) but dark, unlit hallways and pitch black stairways. Dead batteries in emergency exit lights. There was a backup generator which only powered the lobby and some rooms. No AC or hot water throughout the hotel and many rooms with no electricity at all. With all this, I would not have written this review if it weren't for the complete lack of empathy or acknowledgement from the staff. Early checkouts while carrying luggage down 4 flights of stairs in the dark with 90 degree temperatures. No manager onsite to discuss the hazardous conditions. And any requests for special accommodations or financial restitution for the miserable night were met by only shrugs and directions to call Vishan on Tuesday (2 days after checkout). Terribly poor customer service but the front desk.

They dont care pillows are all feather, guess they dont know people are allergic. most important, no longer a safe place. kids running rampant up and down the halls, and then they confronted me in a threatening way after they hit my car with their ball in the parking lot. Hotel will not respond at ALL. Customer Care says it's not their problem, bec hotels are independently owned. Wont tell me who owner is but I'm t hinking Nick Patel. Any comment, Nick?

ME to FL trip for wedding The hotel has been updated, it's clean and comfortable and great location (several restaurants & Ripken baseball field) for a one night stop while driving from Maine to FL! We have stayed at this location several times and will again! Friendly and helpful staff also!

Fabulous I was on the road for 10 hours and did a quick look on Bringfido. There were several sites but La Quinta stood out with the best reviews. Check in was seamless, they put us on first floor so it would be easy for dogs. Dog area clean and bags supplied. Room was immaculate and quiet. Breakfast had so many choices! Staff was present to help with any issues, (I was waffle challenged). Check out seamless. Will definitely be back!
