Decent location, bad hotel - avoid The two stars is for the friendly man who checked us in and the updates to the lobby area. The missing three stars are for the outdated, grimy, smelly, dimly lit rooms. It is also for paying full price and being told we would get housekeeping every other day and not even getting that. I had to ask for towels at the front desk after emptying our trash cans in the bin outside. This place needs a genuine overhaul and significantly better service. We will undoubtedly avoid this hotel the next time we are in the area, which will be fairly regularly with family living nearby.

Your choice They advertised breakfast but it's really not very good. Most guest went out to get breakfast. Don't pay for something that is undesirable as this breakfast. Our room was in need of some minor repairs. Not a terrible stay ,but could have been better.

Refreshed, Respectful The staff has been so helpful, from helping find food within walking distance, printing documents, finding me an extra blanket, to housekeeping being respectful of the sentimental objects I slept beside, and warm and cold breakfast options. Will definitely seek out for future stays!

Good location.. needs updating Great location, hotel looks clean but need’s updating. There is no shortage of restaurants and store’s within a short distance of the hotel. Staff was also friendly. My issue is that during my stay I slept on one of the most uncomfortable beds in my life. Added to this, the pillows had no support. The bathroom, cracks on the walls and the small TV with a 4 inch bezel, showed how outdated the the hotel is. It seems like there is also an ant problem. I had ants crawling over the bathroom sink in multiple occasions.

Not of Hilton quality. This hotel is not of Hilton quality that I am accustomed to. The staff was nice and helpful, but the hotel rooms need to be updated. Just getting off the elevator, the hallway smelled musty, as did the room. The view out my window was of the old swimming pool and the empty nonfunctional hot tub that has apparently been broken down for a while. There was no safe in the room and when I asked for one I was told they don’t have any.
