Excellence in customer service Ava is an extraordinary example of how public relations should be handled. She was fantastic. She went out of her way and we appreciate her thoughtfulness. Our flight was canceled and she just made a bad experience much better. we will definitely come back because of her.

What A Fabulous Place So close to the Albany Airport, with Clean and comfortable rooms, reasonably priced, and the friendliest and most accommodating staff. Check-in is fast and the front desk managers, like Ava, are just great. We have stayed here three times, three years while attending Saratoga. We will plan to be here next year.

Who Does That?! The staff is excellent and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Ba, who checked us in, took a call from our friend we’d just dropped off at Albany Airport who had left his hat in our car. Ba offered to take our friend’s hat to the airport. Who else exceeds expectations in such a surprising manner?!

Great customer service from people who sincerely care! Most Hampton Inns are similar, this one is clean, free breakfast, and the usual expectations from an airport hotel location in the Hilton chain. What sets this location apart, and the reason for my excellent rating is the staff. Our experience was exceptional, great attention to our needs, and above and beyond because of Ava, Hadia and Brittany who all went far beyond to take care of us, and to be flexible when we needed unusual assistance! These three wonderful people made our trip successful

Highly recommend for your stay! I just want to thank Afsana, Amaan, Doji and Ba for being so helpful and courteous during my stay at the hotel for a family wedding! Usually whenever we go to a hotel, sometimes the reception desk people don’t even smile and here as soon as I entered after my long travel, I was greeted with smile and all the staff members made sure that I was taken care of! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is planning to come this way! Loved the people, loved the room how it was clean and my overall all experience was 10/10! So thank you so much Hampton Inn-wolf road for making my stay wonderful!
