sorry excuse for "Quality Inn". Except for the fact the bed was comfortable the rest of the experience was awful !!! Dirty floor as muddy boot prints could be seen from last guest, no clock/radio as listed in the amenities, Tub faucet leaks and the tub has cracks allowing water to seep underneath growing black mold, Cockroaches were present, therefore I went out and purchased roach spray. I spayed the room to try and keep them at bay during my stay. The door didn't fit properly. It looked like pry marks around the jam. We didn't feel safe so we put a stand in front of the door while we slept. The carpet had duct tape and fraying in places. This place could use some renovations. Pictures need updated as the hot breakfast shown has not been available since covid according to a worker. Very disappointing!!!

Dirty place. Checkin was easy. Staff were friendly. Good location. BUT the nastiest place I've stayed in my 56 years. Bathroom was gross. Body hairball on bathroom floor with other 'stuff'. Toilet visably soiled. Carpet hasn't been vacuumed in quite a while. Fridge, microwave obviously dirty. I'm not even sure the bed linens were changed. No hairdryer in room. The one I received when asked front desk was filthy. Funny thing is we had to pay extra to have our dog. She's cleaner than the room. We have stayed in a ton of pet-friendly hotels that are 4 star or higher, super clean, and well-run. We won't stay here again.

Terrible and I want my money back asap They scammed me and Charged my card twice for a room I didn’t even spend 30 mins in. The first room had dead bugs on floor I requested a better one it was just as bad dirty sheets and pillows disgusting. Just don’t stay here trust me best western on 52 is ur best bet

Beware of staying here Our stay was okay, except for the extra $35 charge we were dinged with the next day after we checked out. When we contacted the front desk, we were told it was for damage to a washcloth and hand towel in our room. The wash cloth in question looked normal at first, but after using it in the shower it turned greyish. Weird, but not worth complaining about, we thought. The claim about a hand towel is a total mystery to us. The front desk gave us an email address for the manager, who I wrote to immediately. Over 72 hours later, no response has been received. Choice Hotels customer service has been useless, claiming that only the local hotel can take any action on our complaint. Bottom line, hours wasted on the phone, and a total run around. We suspect a scam being run by this hotel, so just beware if you are planning to stay here.

Smoky and less than clean. Room is super smoky. Covers have cigarette burn holes. I always bring Lysol spray and Microban. The tissues I used to dry everything were brown after my cleaning spray down. The smoke really bugs me, but we are already here so not a lot I can do about it. Oh! And we had to lift the seat of the toilet to shut the bathroom door. I should mention that there was obvious trash on the floor and a yucky splatter in the toilet. The mini fridge had spilled ice and some random spill and a broken shelf…. We will just be sleeping and leaving, which can’t come soon enough.
