Great stay - again We have stayed here previously and it has not changed a bit. After a 15 hour drive we needed no hassle and that is what we got. A really helpful lady on reception, a clean room, a quiet night and a good breakfast before the next drive. Compared to a lot of the hotels we stayed in on this trip (yes I am looking at you Holiday Inn Express and Suites) it is really good value for a modern and clean hotel. Would recommend 100%

Great hotel, concern over pool Best hotel, great location off freeway. 10 min from old town. Comfy beds. Lots of room to move around in the room. Privacy Curtain between sofa bed and 2 queens. The sofa bed was actually comfortable! Lots of cabinet space and counters for storage, breakfast was good and plentiful. Very clean. Kids wanted to go to the indoor pool (towels provided) and they had a good time, but I must say that the flooring surrounding the pool was TILE and it was VERY slippery. My children were walking slowly and carefully and still slipped and fell many times. I was tense the entire time worrying about the kids slipping. It was probably the worst flooring to have near a pool. Please be careful.

Quiet enjoyable stay! This hotel provided a quiet location, very clean property and rooms, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Was here for business travel with long hours and was grateful to come back to this property at the end of the workday knowing I would get the rest I needed. I would stay here again if ever in the area!

Checkin is poor As a diamond member for over a decade, I typically have a standard experience at all Hilton hotels. The check in process at this particular hotel was facilitated by Doug. He would not provide physical keys to my wife for our 3 rooms even though we were already checked in. I had to physically show him I was a licensed driver to achieve this task. He also informed me he would charge me the pet fee of $75 for my stay. This has literally never happened to me in 10 years. Congrats to you Doug. I used to be Platinum Marriott. They annoyed me and I've never been back. IHG and AirBnB here I come. Customer lifetime value be damned. Again, way to go Doug.
