Excellent hotel in great location This is an excellent Hotel that is about a 5 minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot where you can get the free shuttle to Disney Parks or about a 20 minute walk to the park. Eric on the front desk is super helpful and can predict the weather better than so.e weather forecasters. The hotel has a heated pool and Jacuzzi although never used. Hotel is very clean and rooms are an excellent size. Would definitely recommend as a budget hotel to stay if visiting g the Parks.

Good Hotel next to Disneyland Stayed here twice, and everything was great. This will be my next stop in my next vacation stay. Room was clean in both my visit. Didn't had breakfast but was available for guest. Our room had the parking view and was very quiet. We had a good experience.

Disappointing, customer service Kitchen staff for really hard. My wife wrote a lovely sweet note to the manager to ask for gluten-free options. the response from the general manager was extremely disappointing. No effort was even put into. It didn’t even come out to talk to my wife. We’re extremely reasonable people, but the effort was very poor and the explanation from the front desk manager was disappointing. Really get the sense management doesn’t care or just another number. Front line staff were hard but the management doesn’t care about the guests. Try another place I wouldn’t recommend.

Good Value Good value for the price. It's about a mile walk from Disneyland, which I didn't mind. In the afternoons we opted to take the Toy Story shuttle back, which cut our walk down to about 8-ish mins. Beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The only negative was being right next to the freeway onramp. It was quite loud, even with a white noise app. Next time I would opt to say on the other side of the building. Pool was clean, but freezing cold. Staff was very nice and helpful.

UNSAFE HOTEL! Do NOT stay here This hotel is very unsafe! The elevator closed on my daughters hand and left it pinned in the elevator. We had to rip the elevator doors back to get it off her hand. The safety inspection on the elevator was expired, and after talking to the very rude manager, she blamed it on my daughter, for sticking her arm in the way. Terrible customer service, terrible, communication, and an unsafe hotel to stay in.
