Convenient Comfort We stayed at the Comfort Inn on Tunnel Rd on a weekend trip to Black Mountain. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. These are the things we look for when traveling. Added bonus is the location. The hotel is right off route 40 but outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Asheville with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The room we stayed in (312) is nicely equipped with a nice sized flat screen TV, a desk and chair, a lounging chair as well as lots of space for personal items. Included in the room is a small fridge, microwave, and a K-Cup coffee maker. The hotel serves a free breakfast that includes the typical fare found at other hotel chains in a cozy but clean dining area. It also has an outside pool. If you are looking for affordability, convenience, and a quiet place to rest your head while visiting Asheville and Western NC, you won't go wrong with the Comfort Inn on Tunnel Road.

Highly recommend Short version: stay here! Great location. The outside is attractively designed. I was greeted at the front desk by Jennifer. She made me feel as though I was returning home. My room was spacious and looked new - as did the rest of the hotel. Very comfortable bed as were the pillows. And, very importantly, the room was carpeted. Many hotels are going to fake wood flooring that is unforgiving, echoes, and just screams Cheap Owners! The amenities in the bathroom were more than adequate. And, the toilet seat and lid slowly lowered all on their own. The tv was high quality with plenty of channels. A safe was provided. The room cost a few dollars more than the nearby hotels and worth every cent.

Perfect Location We love this location in Asheville. Clean and super nice! Staff was very friendly too. We are Biltmore Pass-holders and visit Billy Grahams Training Center and this location is perfect. We will return again soon!!! Please keep up the great job at your property.

Great Stay at The Comfort Inn!!! The hotel staff was very friendly and this hotel is located right near the Blue Ridge Pkwy and convenient to anything you want to do in Asheville. Beautiful location!!! We had been on a week long vacation and this was a great way to end the week!!

Comfort Inn Amazing stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and spa. Would highly recommend to anyone! Well lit parking lot that was right off the highway.
