What a wonderful experience! The best part of our experience at Harrahs in Atlantic City was Domingo from the front desk who was absolutely amazing in helping us with several different requests that we had during our stay. He was without a doubt the best customer service representative I’ve ever had at any Atlantic City property in all the years I’ve been coming. It really makes a difference when the staff is truly interested in making your stay perfect and he epitomizes this. He should be a manager. What an asset to the Harrahs team. Thank you Domingo!

Worst experience I went from the 18 to the 26 of this month, first of all I arrived at 530pm to the property checked in went to my room the room were not made and there were food crumbs all over the place called front desk and even the vip line and at 10pm is when they moved me to a other room, they didn't even want to see the pictures. Then during my stay there was a power outage I stayed at the waterfront tower on the 36 floor, I stayed in the lobby because I couldn't get up to my room because the stairs were completely dark that I couldn't see from 1230am to 1130am the front desk supervisor hazam something like that basically told me you can take the stairs and I was like sir is blackout I have a knee problem and he basically smirk and laugh I asked him what is the protocol he couldn't even answer me, 90% of the front desk was rude I was listening to them to talk to guest and it was horrible, also my room had brown waters the day after as well. They didn't want to moved to another room even and what they said was like for the whole stay 100 of resort credit and a late check out that was it after all the issues that I encountered, you need to retrain your staff I have work in the business for 8 years and this has been the worst, the only people that were nice was the night audit team Gracie and I think Rodrigo I know it starts with an R and a lady that worked in the morning at 7am every other person there should not be in that position they are horrible I wouldn't even hire them, also my room was wrong it was supposed to have a bath tub and a shower and it only had a shower and it was not renovated either. I talked to Several people before I left and nothing got done they were just plain rude I never heard from the front desk manager or the housekeeping manager either. Also cockroaches in the room

Terrible strike 3 Made reservation directly with Harrah’s. King with a view, offered upgrade for 25 upon arrival. Got a room looking at the roof and parking garage with 2 queens. Guess their opinion of an upgrade and mine are different. Called on phone, I was told to have to wait on the marathon line at main lobby… Went to coastal bar for some apps, nachos were mediocre with about 8 pieces of chicken.. Parking was supposedly included in the room fee, the gate wouldn’t let us out. And no one answered the call button.. Had to pay again Guess there’s a reason we always go to borgota..

The worst hotel experience _ TERRIBLE !!!!!! I do not recommend this place at alllll!! I came here for my birthday and the first day there was no power then the next day the elevators want working. I had to go down 15 flights of steps and back up because there was no exit at the bottom of the steps it led us to boiler rooms._This experience was terrible and the hotel did not accommodate for anything they said it wasn’t their fault so they will not accommodate for nothing. Also there are no cameras in the hallway of the hotels God forbid something happens in those halls but trust and believe there are about 2,000 cameras in the casino room…… like where are the priorities!!!!!!!! Anyways this place was def trash but not everyone’s experience will be the same to each its own if you do decide to go there I hope you do enjoy and don’t have the experience I had!!!!!!!
