The worst hotel experience _ TERRIBLE !!!!!! I do not recommend this place at alllll!! I came here for my birthday and the first day there was no power then the next day the elevators want working. I had to go down 15 flights of steps and back up because there was no exit at the bottom of the steps it led us to boiler rooms._This experience was terrible and the hotel did not accommodate for anything they said it wasn’t their fault so they will not accommodate for nothing. Also there are no cameras in the hallway of the hotels God forbid something happens in those halls but trust and believe there are about 2,000 cameras in the casino room…… like where are the priorities!!!!!!!! Anyways this place was def trash but not everyone’s experience will be the same to each its own if you do decide to go there I hope you do enjoy and don’t have the experience I had!!!!!!!

Poor lost and found procedure. Dishonest house keeping staffs The Lost and Found service at Harrah’s Atlantic City has been extremely disappointing. I accidentally left my jacket and some clothing in the closet of my room in the Waterfront Tower after checking out on Sunday, October 19. That same day, a power outage forced both the Waterfront and Bayview Towers to close and be vacated. Under those circumstances, only the housekeeping staff would have had access to the rooms earlier that day. When I returned on Monday to inquire about my belongings, I was directed from the front desk to the housekeeping department and waited for a long time without any results. Security even checked the room but reported finding nothing. To my surprise, no one seemed to know anything — housekeeping claimed they saw nothing and had no idea where my items went. Given the power outage and the fact that no new guests could have entered the room afterward, it’s difficult to believe that my belongings simply disappeared. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with how Harrah’s handled this situation. The lack of accountability and transparency from the housekeeping department reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management and its Lost and Found procedures.
